ANALYSIS DESCRIPTION
AN AIRBUS A333/H WAS CLEARED FOR TAKEOFF RUNWAY 15R. A BOEING B737 WAS CLEARED FOR TAKEOFF ON INTERSECTING RUNWAY 9. THE A333 WAS AIRBORNE AND APPROXIMATELY 300 FEET VERTICAL AT THE 15R/9 INTERSECTION WHEN THE B737 WAS ROLLING DOWN RUNWAY 9 AND APPROXIMATELY 1,000 FEET FROM THE 9/15R INTERSECTION. THE B737 CONTINUED AND DEPARTED. AS PER A DOCUMENT WITH ASR DATA OVERLAPPING AN AIRPORT DIAGRAM THE A333 WAS STILL ON THE GROUND ABEAM TAXIWAY DELTA AND DID NOT SHOW 300 AS AN ALTITUDE UNTIL 5 SECONDS LATER, EQUAL DISTANCE FROM DELTA ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE 9/15R INTERSECTION. THE B737 WAS STILL ON THE GROUND ABEAM TAXIWAY D-1, PAST THE 9/15R INTERSECTION. AMASS DATA INDICATES THAT THE B737 HAD A VELOCITY OF 245 FT/S WITH AN ACCELERATION OF 6 FT/S^2 WHEN THEY WERE ABOUT 171FT FROM THE 9/15R INTERSECTION OF THE TWO RUNWAYS. THE A333 HAD A VELOCITY OF 291 FT/S WITH AN ACCELERATION OF 1 FT/S^2, AS THEY WERE JUST EXITING THE 9/15R INTERSECTION.
