CONTRIBUTING ELEMENTS: 1) NIGHT 2) NEAR END OF 7 PLUS HOUR FLT, 11 PLUS HOUR DUTY DAY 3) PROBLEM DISTR (ANALYSIS NEEDED TO INVOLVE PLT FLYING) 4) COMMUNICATIONS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE.
