Event Remarks

THE LANDING GEAR DID NOT FULLY EXTEND WHEN SELECTED PRIOR TO LANDING. THE PILOT WAS ABLE TO MANUALLY CRANK THE GEAR DOWN AND RECEIVED INDICATION THAT THE GEAR WAS DOWN AND LOCKED. THE CONTROL TOWER NOTED THE LANDING GEAR APPEARED TO BE DOWN DURING A FLY-BY PERFORMED BY THE PILOT PRIOR TO LANDING. DURING THE LANDING ROLL-OUT, THE PILOT RECEIVED AN UNSAFE GEAR INDICATION FOR THE NOSE GEAR. HE TAXIED OFF THE RUNWAY AND SHUT DOWN THE ENGINES ON THE TAXIWAY. THE PILOT THEN ATTEMPTED TO MANUALLY CRANK THE LANDING GEAR FURTHER TO GET THE A SAFE NOSE GEAR INDICATION AND THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED.
